UQPWC lifter Julius Lim represented the University of Queensland at the 3rd IPF World Classic Powerlifting Club in Pilsen, Czech Republic in July 2018. Julius is a member of the IPF-affiliated Australian Powerlifting Union (APU) and has trained with the UQ Powerlifting and Weightlifting Club since arriving in Australia from his native country Singapore. Julius received a gold medal 
in all disciplines with Squat: 165kg, Bench 115kg and Deadlift 195kg. Total: 475kg
